包被板

许多与包被板有关的技术，都涉及蛋白质吸附在多孔板表面，而蛋白质的吸附又难免碰到困难，例如蛋白质吸附时的空间指向不正确或蛋白质变性，蛋白质污染也会导致这些问题发生。

PIERCE的Reacti-Bind™包被板就专为绕过这一难题而设计的。多肽往往由于分子太小不能吸附到板表面，而需要通过生物素化试剂固相化在Strepavidin™或NeutrAvidin™包被板上。PIERCE提供一系列的Reacti-Bind™包被板，是将Streptavidin或NeutrAvidin™生物素－蛋白（如蛋白A、G、L等）吸附在聚苯乙烯板上。

包被板以96、386孔，透明、黑色、白色等方式提供，满足显色、荧光、化学发光等方法的检测。灵活、快速、适合高通量筛选。

PIERCE提供的预包被板，预包被的物质见下表：

Reacti-Bind™ 糊精包被的聚苯乙烯板（Reacti-Bind™ Dextrin Coated Polystyrene Plates）
用途：结合麦芽糖结合蛋白（MBP，maltose binding protein）标记的重组表达融合蛋白，进行ELISA分析
